We process the 优秀学生名单 for the Fall and Spring terms only.  Dean’s List is an honor roll of MCC students whose outstanding 成绩 set them apart. Full- and part-time students enrolled in a degree program make the Dean’s List if:

• Your grade point average is 3.5或以上
• You have no 成绩 of “I” or “F” for the semester
• You have completed 6 or more earned credit hours in the semester

Note: alternative 成绩 (S, P, U) are excluded from the GPA calculation.

Dean’s List recipients receive a confirmation email four or so weeks after the semester has ended. Your Dean’s List designation also appears on your academic transcript.

Monroe 社区 College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Student loan agencies, 保险公司, apartment managers and landlords should contact the National Student Clearinghouse for verification of your enrollment status. To check your 成绩 online, log in to myMCC. See the 目录 and Student Handbook for the most up-to-date information about MCC’s grading system.

Your educational records—such as information about financial aid, 住房, 成绩, and more—are confidential. But your general directory information (name, major, etc.) is not confidential and could be made public.

As an MCC student, you are entitled to:

• Full access to your educational records
• The right to challenge the content of your records
• The right to limit the release of such records without your written consent

To give someone permission to access your educational records:
